I enjoyed wearing anarkalis and salwars initially but now I have to wear saris which is a little uncomfortable, but I am happy with it. I have also lost some extra kilos and am getting a lot of compliments. What do you like about your new role and look? Out of all the shows I have done so far, I think this is the first show where I have bonded really well with the entire cast and crew. Tushar Dalvi and Aishwarya Narkar, who play mamaji and mamiji respectively, are senior actors, yet extremely approachable. How do you feel about working with an ensemble cast on THBST? I have been in Mumbai for the past seven years, but had never managed to explore the surrounding hill stations, so I finally visited Mahabaleshwar, Malshej Ghat and Bhandardara. So I made the most out of my time and travelled to Delhi, Nainital, Daman, Kolkata and went for a 15-day trip to Thailand. It was a much awaited one! I had been unable to take a trip anywhere in the last three years and needless to say, I was dying for it. How did you enjoy your break after Uttaran? I am very happy that Zee TV and Shashi Sumeet Productions believed in my ability to pull off the character of Shreya. Not at all! Losing the role to Sukirti was not upsetting because firstly, there was no clarity on when the show would go on-air and within 15 days of that (offer), I was offered Tum Hi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi.
